We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when:

• Submitting enquiry forms
• Registering for courses
• Creating student accounts
• Updating personal information

3.2 Conduct Requirements

Users agree to:

• Respect teachers, staff, and fellow students
• Maintain discipline in classes and premises

3.3 Academic Integrity

4.2 Age Requirements

• LittleBOBs: 4-6 years
• Brainobrain Kids: 7-14 years
• School Tuition: 11-16 years (Class 6-10)
• Competitive Exams: 18+ years (or as per exam eligibility)
• Coding Courses: 12+ years (depending on course complexity)

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Fee Structure

Course fees are determined based on program type, duration, and materials provided. Detailed fee information will be provided during the enrollment process.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the following terms:

• Fees must be paid before course commencement
• Payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, or other approved methods
• Installment options may be available for long-term courses
• Late payment may attract penalties

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Before Course Start: Full refund minus registration fee (if any)
• After Course Start: No refund unless exceptional circumstances
• Medical Reasons: Refund considered with medical documentation
• Course Cancellation: Full refund if Institute cancels the course

6. Attendance and Punctuality

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality:

• Minimum 75% attendance required for course completion
• Late arrivals may be marked absent
• Prior notification required for planned absences
• Excessive absences may affect course completion
• Make-up classes are subject to availability

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, study resources, and intellectual property provided by Mentor Horizon are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Students may not share materials with non-enrolled persons
• Institute retains all rights to course content and methodology

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by User

Users may terminate their enrollment by:

• Providing written notice to the Institute
• Following the withdrawal procedure
• Settling all outstanding fees
• Returning Institute materials and property

10.2 Termination by Institute

The Institute may terminate enrollment for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of terms or misconduct
• Poor attendance or academic performance
• Behavioral issues affecting other students
• Force majeure circumstances

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

1. Direct discussion between parties
2. Mediation by a neutral third party
3. Arbitration as per applicable laws
4. Civil courts in Dhaliara, Himachal Pradesh jurisdiction

12. Force Majeure

Mentor Horizon shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

13. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability
